May be sebaceous...: Without a direct look, it's hard to come up an accurate Dx. But, clinically, hyperactive sebaceous glands remains the most common skin bumps as described, which are related with hair follicles, and require no Rx except developing superimposed infection, similar to what you may see in acne vulgaris or pimples.
