No: Vitamin deficiencies don't typically cause shortness of breath. Unless your vitamin B12 level is very low causing pernicious anemia. So make sure that you also get a CBC (blood count) and maybe an iron level done. As you need to rule out iron deficiency anemia also. And continue the work-up to look for other potential causes.
