Antiphospholipid: Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is common in aps & pulmonary embolism, a common cause of shortness of breath (sob) is seen in 1/3 of aps patients w/ dvt. Pulmonary arterial thrombosis +/- thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension is common in aps & leads to sob. Classically treated with a vit-k antagonist anti-coagulant. Vit k can counter effect of this medication.
