Cervical Lymph Node: Cervical lymph nodes frequently become more noticeable due to their location, size and tenderness, which can fluctuate due to changing conditions which causing them in the first place.Muscle inflammation in neck can cause these along with infection in the neck and throat region. Neck pain: If you have a crick in your neck it could be a knot from the muscle spasm. If it is a lymph node they usually do not go away completely. They will go down in size. The lymph node usually enlarged if there is an infection. It is best to have your doctor check it out.
