A member asked:

Is it safe to take exlax if im already having really soft stools-but it never seems like its all coming out?

Not sure.: You're describing a "sensation of incomplete evacuation". but we don't know if you're truly retaining stool or if it just feels like it. Ex-lax can cause diarrhea and cramps especially in IBS sufferers. Adding natural fiber to you diet might normalize your stools and is a healthier option than ExLax. Also, unless you have an intestinal obstruction, everything's coming out okay in the end.
