Please see Physician for Diagnosis and Treatment of sinus and respiratory tract infection. Follow with Psychiatrist for: • Diagnosis of Anxiety, Depression or Fibromyalgia; • Severity of symptoms • Medications, their benefits, side effects, dose • Decreasing Cymbalta (duloxetine) dose • Therapy for stresses in life
