Drug interactions: Levothyroxine should be taken on an empty stomach. I am not aware of any interactions between levothyroxine and topiramate. Best to get on a regular schedule with the levothyroxine so that you don't forget to take it.

Ok and one hour: It is okay to take both levothyroxine and topiramate if your doctor has prescribed them for you. Levothyroxine should always be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.It is best to wait at least one hour before taking other medications or food.
