Probably not: The "by the book" answer is that any thyroid preparation - levothyroxine or Cytomel (liothyronine) (t3) should be taken by itself - that means with clear liquids - and with no other vitamin or prescription medication. The reason is the concern that fillers in medications, or calcium, specifically, in vitamins, will bind with the thyroid hormones and decrease the efficacy of your dose.
