I've been having night sweats and feel like my throat is full and have an enlarged lymphnode. what could this be?

Sweats: Good question. Could be many things depending on how long its been going on. If recent get a culture and blood tests to check for mono. If its been going on for awhile, you need to do the same but also look for HIV and other causes for the symptoms. The lymph node may need a needle biopsy to see what it is. Go see an ENT
