Follow Up: Some people have kidney stones and do not even know about it, till it get bigger and damages the kidney. Please follow up with your doctor to see if the kidney stone is growing in size or has resolved. Good Luck.

Maybe non occlusive: The stone may have passed if small. Usually if it is blocking the flow of urine it will cause pain. Follow up with your MD to obtain a urinalysis. If there is blood in your urine consider imaging to locate the stone.
