YOU HAVE A CHOICE: GET help asap. You will hurt your girls if you go through with this. Call a suicide hot line, go the ER, tell a friend you trust,. BUT GET HELP. You are hurting so deeply and there is help for you....

Suicide: Killing yourself will hurts your girls tremendously. PLease call the crisis hotline, call a family member to be with you and take you to hospital. - NOW!!
