If repeated often: While research is lacking, many docs who specialize in nutrition find Vit C can indeed help fight flu & other viral infections but only in very high doses, often 100,000 mg or more a day! One would need to repeat a 2000 mg dose often to reach this. The liposomal form of C is better absorbed & effective in lower doses. IV C helps more.
