Portion control and : exercise. If you consume fewer calories and burn more calories u will lose weight. For a healthy metabolism eat smaller more frequent meals. If still having issue with weight loss have a blood test to make sure your thyroid function is normal. A 19 year old should not need diet pills. A healthy lifestyle and eating less and exercising more should do the trick. Good luck!

Xenical is still available by prescription, but has been removed off the grocery shelves as Alli due to liver damage. Eat all the vegetables you want. On tbs butter per day. 3-4 servings of fruit, avoid fast food, exercise frequently, calorie count, no eating when upset, Drink a glass of water prior to each meal and snack to feel full faster.
