Cooking w/alcohol: In most cases, cooking w/alcohol burns off said alcohol, leaving behind only essence & flavors of the beer/wine/liquor. In other words, assuming that one heats the meat during the cooking process, any alcohol will have been burned off prior to eating it. Of course, if you drank a beer while eating the meat, that's another matter altogether.
