INCOMPLETE PICTURE: COULD BE AS SIMPLE AS THINKING WHEN YOU GET IN BED - THOUGHT IS THE ANTITHISIS OF SLEEP. SOMETIMES SUGGESTS MANY TIMES. IS THERE STRESS DURING THE DAY? bUT IT COULD BE SO MANY THINGS! BEST PLAN: TALK WITH AN EXPERT WHO CAN ASK THE QUESTIONS THAT WILL NARROW THE POSSIBILLITIES. YOUR DR COULD DO THAT AND ADVISE YOU OR REFER YOU TO A SLEEP SPECIALIST OR THERAPIST. START THERE.
