Consult your doctor: Assuming that you have already passed the stones, you may have mild residual flank or pelvic pain, but not swelling. Call your trating physician about the edema.

Urinary obstruction: It may be urinary obstruction. Push fluids, if unable to urinate seek immediate medical attention.
