Cough supressant: recommend over the counter medication to decrease chest congestion like Robitussin dm, (guaifenesin and dextromethorphan) the DM has a medication that provides cough suppressant and help w/ the chest congestion. Continue to hydrate while by drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day this will thin the mucous secretions in your chest as well. If this persists for more than 5 days follow up with your doctor you may need antibiotics
