It will hurt: Apply increased friction to an already irritated hemorrhoid does not sound like a pleasant experience. Probably best to hold off until it is healed.

Consider holding off: As further trauma to the hemorrhoid can lead to a longer symptomatic period. Realize what you mention in your "CONDITIONS" may be true and dome of your issues could be related to a fissure. Again consider holding off to allow for healing
