Would using the shake mix called shakeology interfere with my thyroid or thyroid medicine?

Diet supplements: They don't really say what is in it ("proprietary......") but it appears to be all ground up food of some kind. Just take your synthroid (thyroxine) on an empty stomach and you will likely be fine. Do you really need this stuff?
