No: fertilized ovum cannot be detected that way. Egg could be in the fallopian tube and fertilizable with ovarian remnant of it gone. Morning aftre pill is generally given wihout testing.

Not: indicated, No ultrasound is needed to determine if morning after pill is indicated. It is usually given. At that stage transvaginal ultrasound will be unable to detect a fertilized egg.
