By itself no: Light periods are 1) subjective ....and three days and 3 pads is still within normal variation 2) espeically with regular cycles, not very indicative of problems by itself If definitely trying to have a baby, then a preliminary obstetrical visit is helpful and a few months of trying before success is the average.
