This : This is concerning for an enlarged lymph node or an infection, and it needs to be evaluated. It is very important that you get this checked. If it becomes red, you have red streaks, vomiting, more pain, or fever, then you would need to be medically evaluated.

See dermatologist: prob an irritated cyst . If only there for a day, might want to soak in hot water bath a few times per day to see if it shrinks or even abates. If not, see a dermatologist for peace of mind.
