Probably not: Celexa may, if they were testing for it, but they usually only test for whatever "illicit" substances they list. One Xanax (alprazolam) would not usually come up in commercially available hair tests. If you mean one Xanax (alprazolam) per day, then it would - one Xanax (alprazolam) ever would not.
