Pediatrician: You should take him back to see your family doctor or pediatrician and be examined. Three yr olds can become very ill very quickly.

Fever: A fever while taking antibiotics should be reassessed by your pediatrician. A additional infection may be diagnosed, or the infection necessitates additional or different therapy.
