It depends: There are a lot of vitamins and a lot of different times to dissolve

Vitamin pills: dissolve at varying speeds depending on if they are water-soluble or fat-soluble vitamins. The type of filler in the pills and the metabolism of the person taking them are factors also. More importantly, get a good brand. Unfortunately, cheap brands are typically weak and sometimes don't dissolve well and pass right through you. Peace and good health.
