Real pressure: All accurate measurements of your blood pressure are real and affect your body. Your blood pressure will vary through out the day depending on activity, emotion, and circadian rhythm. Timing of blood pressure medications will also significantly affect the measurement. Treatment decisions are usually based on multiple measurements at different times of day over multiple days.
