A member asked:

Last week 4mm stone at uvj, today urologist cannot see it on ultrasound. no symptoms or pain. have filtered urine v carefully. where could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ureteral stone: It is exceedingly difficult to identify an ureteral stone by ultrasound. if your pain persists I would suggest you see a urologist who is willing to do a kidney stone protocol CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis.
