Multiple myeloma patient relapsed after Velcade , Revlimid (lenalidomide) and Carfilzomib. Any hope. Patient is 80 yrs old?

Pomalidomide: May try pomalidomide or re-treat with valcade or clinical trial if PS remains good. No sufficient data after carfilzomib failure.
