Dental infection: There are many antibiotics that are safe in the last trimester of pregnancy, with the exception of the tetracyclines. See your doctor to treat this infection.

Contact ur dentist: Your dentist will evaluate your situation, consult with your OBGYN, and together will determine the best course of action. You shouldn't leave it untreated... severe pain and a systemic infection would not be good for anyone, especially you @ 34 wks.
