Cellulitis: Have you had blood culture? Bugs might be resistant to antibiotics you may have got. Also depends how long you had taken antibiotics.

Is it cellultis?: Other possibility is that it is not cellulits. Lupus other skin conditions can present as redness. Paticularly with this recurring I would get it checked.
