Adenopathy: Most likely submandibular adenopathy, or enlarged lymph node. Causes vary from reactive in response to a local infection/inflammation to blood disorders.

Glands: There are number of causes why glands can swell up though commonest reason is infection and they usually settle down over a period of 2-3 weeks .If you don't know why you have glands and they are persisting please consult with your doctor.
