Absolutely: Mnemonics are little tools that our memory works with anyways, most of the people use them conscientiously or not.

Not part of the test: When possible, you should really stick to what is in the test. You can always make up your own cognitive assesment test, as long as you use it consistently.

Yes: Mnemonics are a great way to improve memory. Most med students use them to survive! So....whatever helps! Live healthy and be well!
