Obstruction: There are various causes for nasal obstruction: septal deviation, turbinate hypertrophy/bullosa, polyps, tumors, inflammation (allergic and infectious). Nasal saline irrigations and steroid spray can help. Have your otolaryngologist (ENT) re-evaluate with intranasal examination.
