Lasix (furosemide) effect: This lasix (furosemide) output is excessive for you. You doctor should hear from you asap. Meanwhile, increase intake oof salt and fluid a bit.

NO SALT TABS!: Excess salt (sodium or potassium chloride) can cause you to retain fluid and swell and/or force your kidneys to remove even more water. A net negative water balance is OK for a few days if your kidneys are removing excess fluid. However, after that, you risk dehydration and/or an electrolyte imbalance. Contact your doctor ASAP for further advice.
