A host of ways: There are lots of ways. Warm compresses help. Pain in the morning often goes away with activity. Pain medicines such as paracetamol and non-steroidals such as Advil (ibuprofen) can help. If logic and simple measures don't work, then you will need to see your physician to examine and evaluate the knee problem
