Not self medication: It is very important to know about your blood pressure and a complete anamnesis. Don´t hesitate in look for a complete medical consult. First all de organic causes must be ruled out, so a physical exploration is required. Self medication is not the best option, some antiemetics can worse the symptoms if are not well indicated.
