Type of discharge: Many men can have night-time or early morning ejaculations: "wet dreams." This can account for some discharge. Most men get erections in the morning, and there can be some secretions, often called "pre-cum" at the tip of your penis. These are clear, or slightly milky looking. If your discharge is bloody, brown, rusty, yellow, green, or has an odor, please see a doctor; don't be embarrassed!

Night ejaculation: The discharge you notice may be perfectly normal and possible a nocturnal emission. Since you state that there is no burning with urination and don't mention a discharge at any other time of the day this may have been a result of an ejaculation while you were asleep. I would become concerned if you develop a discharge at other times over the day with burning. Discuss this at your next doctor visit
