Neck pain: This discomfort could be from a muscular strain or the beginning of a throat infection. With an infection the whole throat usually becomes involved and reddend within a day. If a muscle is strained or inflammed, tenderness and discomfort on turning and twisting is present. See your Physician if symptoms persist or worsen for diagnosis and treatment.
