Possible bladder inf: You may have a bladder infection for the discomfort in the back. You may a GI viral process for the abdomen. You could theoretically have both. You may have neither. You really need to see a doctor for some quick blood work, urine sample, vital signs checkup and an abdominal exam (very important) in order to check something possibly serious early. Stay well hyrdrated (small sips constantly).
