See a foot dr: Or dermatologist to evaluate. Some spots on the body are normal. Many people have birthmarks, or nevus. Spots that are of concern are usually ones that are not present from birth, are asymmetrical, have irregular borders, irregular colors, diameter greater than 6mm.

Brown spots: As Dr Kass already state d, some brown spots - like hemosiderin deposits are ok . Spots with irregular borders are not. An evaluation is on order as often the irregular border cannot be seen without a magnifying device .
