Tough to say: Without an exam it is tough to say. Various rashes can signify different underlying conditions that may need examining, for example some Rashes are a Venous stasis dermatitis, caused by decreased venous blood flow of the lower extremities. Other rashes could be a fungal variant, treated by creams, etc. Get eval to know your cause, so the best treatment will occur.

Dx uncertain.: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
