No need : If you don believe the urine pregnancy test get a blood test. It's a lot cheaper than an ultrasound!

It would: A negative pregnancy test in urine and or serum (blood) would confirm no pregnancy. Since you have secondary amenorrhea there are other causes that would then need to be assessed for, and an ultra sound may be in the diagnostic work up. Best wishes.
