After about 2 mos on levothyroxin my tsh is 1.63 t4 free is 0.84 "normal range" the fatigue has gotten better but still hard to function should it be higher to actually have some legit energy??

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are okay. It may take a while to get your energy back. It would help to exercise, as tolerated and gradually increase the time and intensity. Wish you good health!
