Likely not pregnant: I assume you meant oral contraceptive pills (OCP), not oil. Some women benefit from a change in their OCP estrogen dose or progestin type, or a different contraceptive option all together, especially if you are experiencing persistent/recurrent side effects after a year of use. See your clinician to evaluate your vaginal discharge, change OCP, and discuss other contraceptive options with you.

Missed period ?: Stress is a common cause for all kinds of hormonal imbalance, and missing a period can happen without being pregnant. A whitish discharge during the pre-ovulation phase of your menstrual cycle can occur without the presence of an active infection, however the combination of these two symptoms could be important to investigate. See your OB-GYN and find out what is the cause of this, ASAP.
