I was 3 days or so late for my period when i did start it was really dark brown and lasted 4 days about 2 days after it stopped i started having stomach cramping, nausea and a thick creamy white discharge what could this be caused from?

Anovulation: Most likely a cycle where the ovary fails to let loose an egg. These self-normalize. To be safe, take a home pregnancy test. If it persists, see your doctor.
