MS?: Multiple Sclerosis can have "white brain lesions", as can few other pathologies, and that is why the doctors ask for more specifics. If you have the report of the MRI-in the impression there will be details of the report. Sometimes even that is not enough. infections, B vitamin deficiencies are a couple otter possibilities. Vasculitis and Autoimmune disorders too. Hope this helps?
