Itchy?: I have a few questions. Are they itchy? Was he immunized against the chicken pox? Any other symptoms like fever? The rash you describe sounds like the chicken pox, typically described as "a dew drop on a rose petal" appearance. Even if your son was vaccinated there is such a thing as breakthrough infections, they tend to be very mild. I suggest seeing his doctor to determine the cause.
