What causes the lower part of the arm to hurt when the muscle hurt ?

Referred pain: If the upper part of your arm has a muscle trauma issue going on then that can put pressure on nerves running by the area of trauma and you can feel the pain in the lower part of your arm. See your health care provider if it worsens or persists.
