Mid Cycle SEX: If you are regular on your menstrual cycle, you ovulate 2 weeks before your period, so it is usually "mid cycle" when you are most fertile. Have unprotected sex often around that time and hopefully nature will take its course and you will get pregnant. As far as "how long it takes," ...if you and you partner are healthy, it may be very soon! Take pre-natal vitamins, do not smoke or Drink ETOH!
