Stick to a routing: The most important thing for sleep is to find a routine that works for you and stick to it. If taking a bath helps then continue it. Make sure that other sleep factors are controlled like alcohol, caffeine, exposure to tvs/laptop screens, having the right temperature. There are many other factors that affect it but try to find the combination that works for you.

It's fine: The only adverse side effect to a bath is possible dry skin. Some dermatologists limit baths in individuals with this problem but you can deal with that through using bath oils and moisturizing lotions. Taking a bath is a safe, non-medication way to relax and sleep and I'm pleased it works so well for you. Don't forget your rubber ducky!
